Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

At Mill End Shops, we aim to deliver your fabric and drapery orders swiftly and securely.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (7–10 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping (5–7 business days) – Available for an additional charge

  • Free Shipping on orders over $150 (after discounts, before taxes)

Shipping Carriers:
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.


Damages or Lost Packages

We take care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with photos and your order number. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Delivery Delays

Mill End Shops is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather-related disruptions. Estimated delivery times are based on typical performance but are not guaranteed.
